EMA operates without expensive overheads, such as a central office or a team of permanent staff. Evelyn Mason manages a number of the programs herself and from time to time forms an association with a highly qualified colleague. This association is chosen by determining the time required to complete the job, the skills required and the best personality fit for the organisation. In all instances Evelyn is involved in each project undertaken by EMA.
	EMA does not take a commission from any of her suppliers. Nor do we work on commission or take a percentage of the income earned.
	All fees are clearly set out in the agreement with the client.
